Job Description

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships within our direct sales channel, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction while driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct channel clients.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify and address client needs and opportunities.
Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies for improvement.
Provide regular updates and reports on client feedback and relationship status.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI domain.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple client accounts and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Proven track record of driving client engagement and retention.
