Client Relationship Manager

Job Description

We’re seeking a Client Relationship Manager to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth in our Direct Channel. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring renewals, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and manage policy renewals.
• Identify and promote additional insurance products to clients.
• Handle client queries and issues promptly to ensure a smooth experience.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide seamless client service.
• Maintain accurate client records and report on key metrics.

Requirements:

•  2- years in sales and BFSI sector.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Client-focused, proactive, goal-driven, and organized.
