Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee policy renewals and guarantee maximum client satisfaction.
• Find and market more insurance options to customers.
• Respond quickly to customer questions and concerns to guarantee a positive experience.
• To deliver flawless client service, collaborate closely with internal organizations.
• Report on important KPIs and keep up-to-date client records.
Requirements:
• Two years of experience in the BFSI and sales sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales abilities.
• A bachelor’s degree
• Goal-oriented, proactive, client-focused, and well-organized.
