Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Find and hire new agents to expand the team.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Work with agents to sell life insurance policies.
  • Build and manage a strong, effective team.
  • Provide great customer service and support to keep clients happy.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s qualification in any field
  • At least one year of sales and marketing experience
  • strong team management and leadership abilities.
  • A current driver’s license and ownership of a bicycle
