Job Description 
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Relationship Manager to foster strong relationships with our agency partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term partnerships, driving agency growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to agency partners.
– Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.
– Monitor and analyze agency performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
– Resolve agency partner issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
–  Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements: 
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
–  Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
–  Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
–  Strong organizational and time management skills..
–   Life insurance license preferred.
