Lead the creation and execution of sales strategies while nurturing long-term client relationships across the portfolio
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive agency recruitment and achieve sales targets within the assigned region.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with local agents, ensuring their continuous growth and performance improvement.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to maximize agents’ potential and sales outcomes.
- Monitor agent performance, provide feedback, and optimize strategies to increase business productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and recruitment, preferably in an agency-based setup.
- Must own a bike and have a valid driving license for field visits.
- Preference for local candidates with a better understanding of the regional market.
- Open to graduates from any field with a passion for sales and recruitment.
