Job Description

A Client Relationship Manager (CRM) plays a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships between a company and its clients. This position is crucial across various industries, including the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, where building trust and ensuring client satisfaction are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
