Job Description

Our company is seeking an exceptional Client Relationship Officer to join our Direct Channel team!

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer loyalty and retention
• Identify and prioritize client needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to drive business growth
• Conduct regular client reviews and provide regular updates on product offerings and services

Candidate requirements:-

• 2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI
• Any graduate / post graduate
• Any local candidate
