Compensation: ₹3.30 LPA to ₹3.80 LPA + incentives and other benefits

Job Description: 
As a Client Relationship Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for high-value customers, ensuring their banking needs are met with the highest level of service. Your role will involve managing relationships, cross-selling financial products, and delivering tailored financial solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities: 
Build and maintain strong relationships with priority banking clients.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of queries.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service experiences.
Meet individual and team targets for cross-sell and upsell of financial products.

Requirements: 
Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in customer relationship roles in the BFSI sector.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving approach.
