ob Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Client Relationship Officer to manage and strengthen relationships with clients. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, handling queries, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/services
Resolve customer issues and queries in a timely and professional manner
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Follow up on leads and assist in conversion
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service
Maintain accurate client records and reports

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
1–4 years of experience in client servicing or sales support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving ability
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
