Our company is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Client Relationship Representative to join our team!
Responsibilities:-
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and escalate complex issues to internal teams as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications
Candidate requirements:-
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing of insurance/ BFSI
- Any graduate/ post graduate
- Any local candidate
- Age :- 21 -38 years
