We are seeking a proactive and personable Client Relationship Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions and support.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and share relevant products or services with clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on client feedback, needs, and trends.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and best practices to better assist clients.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in client relationship management
- Strong communication
- Bachelor’s degree
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
