We are looking for a Client Success Manager to ensure our clients are satisfied and derive maximum value from our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding issues, feedback, and requests.
- Develop strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience in client management or customer success.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage client expectations and resolve issues effectively.
