Job Description

We are looking for a Client Success Manager to ensure our clients are satisfied and derive maximum value from our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding issues, feedback, and requests.
  • Develop strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in client management or customer success.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and resolve issues effectively.
