The Commercial Strategy Manager develops and implements strategies to drive revenue, enhance market position, and support business growth by analyzing market trends and optimizing product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement commercial strategies for growth.
Conduct market research and provide insights on customer needs and competitors.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align goals.
Track and report on sales and market performance.
Recommend process improvements and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
5+ years in commercial strategy or related fields.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field .
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
