Job Description

With a strong expertise in financial services and a strong desire for sales, a Branch Banking Manager is required to oversee branch operations, guarantee customer service, and adhere to regulatory regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • The company will provide leads, and it is your duty to follow up on them.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of existing customers.
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with other branches of the company.
  •  Convincing the customer about the benefits of having insurance.
  •  Assist partners in generating and tracking leads, as well as closing sales.
  •  Help partners to upsell and cross-sell to customers based on a needs analysis

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation Mandatory
  • Min. 2 Yr of LI experience is mandatory
  • should have a two-wheeler
  • The maximum age should be 37
