Job Description

A Corporate Agency Manager is responsible for managing and growing the agency sales channel within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor agency partners to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Develop strategies to improve agency productivity and achieve business goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
• Drive sales performance through the agency channel to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities within corporate sectors.
• Implement strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 to 5 Years experience in agency sales
• Strong leadership
• People management skills
• Excellent communication
