Job Description
A Corporate Agency Manager is responsible for managing and growing the agency sales channel within a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor agency partners to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Develop strategies to improve agency productivity and achieve business goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
- Drive sales performance through the agency channel to meet revenue targets.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities within corporate sectors.
- Implement strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree
- 2 to 5 Years experience in agency sales
- Strong leadership
- People management skills
- Excellent communication
