Job Summary: 

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Agency Manager to drive business through corporate agency partnerships. The role involves managing relationships with partner agents, achieving business targets through them, and ensuring effective collaboration with channel partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate agents to drive insurance sales (life/general).
• Train and motivate agency partners on products, processes, and compliance standards.
• Drive sales performance through regular monitoring, reporting, and performance reviews of partners.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through assigned agency channels.
• Identify and onboard new corporate agency partners to expand the business network.
• Conduct joint fieldwork, client meetings, and product presentations with agency representatives.
• Provide end-to-end support to agency partners from lead generation to policy issuance and servicing.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales for agency channel and for direct channel minimum 1 year of experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
• Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Required all previously employed company experience certificate
• Preferred local candidate.
