Tekpillar is Looking For a Corporate Agency Manager. Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans. Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients. Ensuring all staff exercise good time management. Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same.
Job Description :
- Make outgoing calls to customers to advise them of products and services that may be of interest to them.
- Take customer information and update it in the database as required.
- Put through relevant sales and contracts for sales of goods or services
- Explain products and service features to clients.
- Pass on leads to the outbound sales team if applicable.
- Upsell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients.
- Understand the customers’ needs and tailor the service to their needs.
- follow-up calls with emails if required.
- Update customer information such as change of address and phone number when requested to do so.
- Be patient with a polite and customer-focused telephone manner.
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
- Customer-oriented.
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong Communications Skills.
- Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors).
