Responsibilities:-
-Call clients proactively to inform them about goods and services that would be of interest to them.
– As needed, update the customer’s information in the database.
– Complete any outstanding sales and contracts related to the selling of products or services.
– Describe to customers the features of goods and services.
– If applicable, forward leads to the outbound sales staff.
– Promote and cross-promote additional goods you believe your customers might find helpful.
-Provide pre-and post-sales support
