Position: Corporate Agency Manager
Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in Sales and Marketing within BFSI.
CTC/Salary: ₹2.50 LPA – ₹3.00 LPA, plus incentives and additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture a strong network of insurance agents, ensuring their ongoing engagement and productivity.
- Strategically achieve sales targets through effective field sales initiatives and personalized sales tactics.
- Provide superior customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently, while offering extensive support to agents.
- Identify, analyze, and leverage new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions regularly to improve agents’ sales techniques, product knowledge, and overall performance.
- Monitor and assess market competition, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to the management team.
- Design and implement innovative sales plans to meet both short-term and long-term company objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop and execute promotional materials and campaigns tailored to market needs.
