Sales Executive for Bancassurance with experience growing income using successful sales techniques. adept in establishing and preserving a solid rapport with clients.
Positions and Accountabilities:
-Establishing a solid rapport with channel partner sales representatives
-Hanging out with potential clients in order to pitch insurance products through the channel sales team
-Reaching sales goals in accordance with the channel plan
-Offering assistance before and after sales
-Ensuring business quality and tenacity
Front Line Sales (FLS) must, in general, make sure to engage channel partners, aim for customer satisfaction, and ultimately meet sales targets.
Candidates for Requirements:
-Effective communication abilities.
-A minimum of one year’s worth of field sales and marketing experience
-Requirements: Graduation is required
-CTC: Up to 3.8 LPA + Incentive + Additional Perk
-Age Range: 21–37 Years
