Responsibilities:-
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with corporate agencies to drive business growth.
- Guide and mentor a team of agents, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with business goals.
- Monitor agency performance, providing feedback and support to optimize results.
Candidate requirements:-
- 2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI
- Any graduate / post graduate
- Any local candidate
