Job Description
The Corporate Agency Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through effective relationship management and business planning.
Responsibility:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities and build strong stakeholder relationships
Monitor market trends and customer needs to refine sales strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Collaborate with internal departments to optimize sales processes
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any Field related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or BFSI or LIfe Insurance.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
