Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Banca Manager to manage bancassurance partnerships and drive life insurance sales through corporate bank branches. The role requires strong relationship management, sales planning, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and strengthen relationships with corporate bank branches.
Drive life insurance sales through bancassurance channels.
Generate and convert leads into business opportunities.
Manage branch-level activities and ensure target achievement.
Provide training and support to bank staff for product knowledge.
Ensure compliance with company and bank policies.

Candidate Profile:

Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales (bancassurance preferred).
Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.
