- Support the sales team with coaching, training sessions, and constructive feedback to enhance their effectiveness.
- Ensure each team member is clear about their daily responsibilities and performance expectations.
- Engage directly with customers to raise awareness about products and improve sales potential.
- Develop and present tailored sales proposals to potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales
- Graduate in any discipline (any stream welcome)
- Must be a local resident or familiar with the local area
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
