Job Description
A Corporate Development Manager is a senior-level professional responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic opportunities that contribute to a company’s growth, profitability, and market expansion. This role is crucial in helping a company achieve its long-term business objectives through mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead or support the acquisition process, from sourcing targets to negotiating deals.
-Conduct due diligence to assess the value, risks, and strategic fit of potential acquisitions.
Manage integration processes post-acquisition.
-Identify potential partners, negotiate terms, and form strategic collaborations to enhance business capabilities.
Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, such as investors, partners, and consultants.
-Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging trends, potential growth areas, and competitive threats.
Provide recommendations based on insights to guide corporate strategy and positioning.
-Typically, a Corporate Development Manager holds a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is often preferred.
-Several years (typically 5–10 years) in roles such as business development, investment banking, corporate strategy, or M&A.
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
