Job Description
The Corporate Development Manager drives strategic growth through mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and divestitures. They lead deal sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, and integration planning, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate M&A and partnership opportunities.
Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessments.
Lead deal negotiations and execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for post-merger integration.
Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
1+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
