Responsibilities:
• Timely assessment of manual claims based on service level agreements or business units.
• Gather resources and information needed to complete all tasks within business hours.
• Communicating with the Providers/Adjuster to understand their requirement and meet their needs.
• Assist leadership team with activities and assignment changes.
• Read the incoming documents, comprehend them, and take action accordingly.
Desired Candidate:
Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
