Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design plans to boost agent efficiency and achieve sales objectives on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Offer consistent mentorship, support, and feedback to agents for sustained success.
  • Analyze market dynamics and competitor strategies to spot business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal departments to assist agents in meeting their goals.
  • Ensure all sales activities align with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 3-9 years in sales or business development, with insurance experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to hit sales targets and manage successful teams.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in leveraging data to drive strategic growth.
