We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our team in Gwalior.
Counter sales Executive – Gwalior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate the field sales team to boost productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to find new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitors and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Local candidate.
- 21 to 38 years age preferable.
- 2-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in insurance, FMCG, retail, or B2B sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
