Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our team in Gwalior.

Counter sales Executive – Gwalior.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the field sales team to boost productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to find new business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Local candidate.
  • 21 to 38 years age preferable.
  • 2-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in insurance, FMCG, retail, or B2B sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
