Cross selling Representative – Finance
Job Description
We are looking for a Cross-Selling Representative to promote and sell additional financial products to existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer profiles, spending patterns, and financial needs to recommend relevant products.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Stay updated on financial products, promotions, and market trends.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team for optimizing cross-selling campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong persuasion, communication
- 1-3 years in sales, cross-selling
- Ability to understand customer needs
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Familiarity with banking, insurance,
- Financial regulations is an advantage
