Description of the Job:

Join us as a Customer Acquisition Sales  whose primary objective is to increase the sales of life insurance products through our agency channel. You will oversee a team of agents, execute sales strategies, and build long-lasting relationships in order to reach revenue goals.

Principal Duties:

• Organize, train, and manage a team of insurance representatives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet financial goals.
• Create long-lasting relationships with agency partners and clients.
• To inform strategic decisions, analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Local candidates are required.
• The ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
• Must be in the vicinity.
