The Customer Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor cash flow, transaction processing, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Drive the achievement of branch sales targets through the promotion of products and services.
- Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to achieve individual and branch-level goals.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Graduation compulsory
- 2+ year experience in field sales management
- Two wheeler
- Age: 21 to 38 year old
