Job Description

Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer engagement or sales.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to engage and retain customers.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to feedback.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Host customer events and webinars to foster deeper relationships.
