Job Description

To support and grow our Agency Channel, we want to hire a proactive and changing Customer Engagement Representative.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver routine training modules to upgrade agents’ knowledge of products and sharpen their sales acumen.
• Negotiate terms and build mutually beneficial partnerships with agencies.
• Direct pivotal client negotiations, sealing contracts, and achieving targeted sales goals.
• Drive critical negotiations with clients, closing contracts, and securing key sales agreements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree compulsory
• 2+ years experience in field sales management
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Two wheeler
• Age: 21 to 38 years old
