Job Description
Our company is seeking for Customer Relationship Executive who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to drive loyalty, retention, and growth & join our team!
Responsibilities:-
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services to customers
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
Candidate requirements:-
- 2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI
- Any graduate / post graduate
- Any local candidate
- Age :- 21 – 38 years
