Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update customer records
- Follow up with clients to ensure service quality
- Promote company services/products when appropriate
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs
Candidate requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
- Age 21 to 38 years.
