Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Follow up with clients to ensure service quality
  • Promote company services/products when appropriate
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs

Candidate requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
  • Age 21 to 38 years.
