Job Summary:
A Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement. They act as the primary point of contact, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and promoting relevant products or services. The role focuses on enhancing customer loyalty and contributing to business growth through effective communication and service excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams like sales, support, product to meet customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in person promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through the service setup.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and engagement trends.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales and marketing.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
