Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the BFSI sector.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a customer-centric approach.
