Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to manage and grow customer relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Handle client queries, concerns, and service requests
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream
- 1+ year experience in customer service, sales, or CRM roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM software experience is a plus)
