Job Description
We are hiring a dedicated and proactive Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable product or service solutions.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Follow up regularly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for customer retention and sales.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Minimum 2–6 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales, or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks effectively.
