Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in the insurance sector. Responsibilities:

  • Needs Assessment:
    Understand client insurance requirements.
    Provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Policy Renewals:
    Manage timely policy renewals.
    Identify upselling opportunities.
  • Issue Resolution:
    Resolve client issues promptly.
    Collaborate with internal teams for solutions.
  • Client Education:
    Educate clients on policy details.
    Provide clear explanations of insurance concepts.
  • Client Retention:
    Implement strategies for client satisfaction and retention.
    Address potential areas of dissatisfaction.
  • Feedback Collection:
    Gather and utilize client feedback for improvement.
    Enhance overall customer experience.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and claims teams.
    Provide insights for improving customer experience.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Min. 1 to 4 years exp. Of in sales & marketing and BFSI.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
