Address potential areas of dissatisfaction. - Feedback Collection:
Gather and utilize client feedback for improvement.
Enhance overall customer experience. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and claims teams.
Provide insights for improving customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Min. 1 to 4 years exp. Of in sales & marketing and BFSI.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
