Responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Proactively monitor client satisfaction levels by gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop strategic plans and initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Act as a problem-solver and advocate for clients within the company. Address any issues or challenges that arise promptly and effectively, striving for mutually beneficial resolutions.

Candidate requirements:-

• Qualification:- Any graduate / post graduate
•  Candidate should be local
• Experience:- 2-4 years of experience in field sales and marketing
• Age:- 21-38 years
