Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our team.
Duties:-
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
- . Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
- Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and feedback.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, client feedback, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for client retention and business growth.
- Address and resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Experience:- field sales and marketing of insurance / BFSI
- Age:-21 -38 years
