An Customer Relationship Manager  is a front-line role responsible for selling insurance products to individuals or businesses. The position involves client prospecting, explaining policy features, addressing objections, and closing sales, typically through field visits, phone calls, or leads provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach potential clients through cold calls, field visits, or company leads.
  • Follow up on renewals and cross-sell additional policies.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and generate referrals.
  • Keep records updated on CRM systems or sales platforms.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
