About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Officer. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping clients find the right insurance solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions
Generate leads through networking, references, and field activities
Drive sales and achieve assigned targets within deadlines
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Maintain regular follow-ups for renewals and upselling opportunities
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and policy details

Who Can Apply:

Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferably in BFSI)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
