Responsibilities:
Build and nurture lasting relationships with direct channel customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, efficient manner.
Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the BFSI sector.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with a customer-centric approach.
