Job Description

Our company is seeking for customer relationship manager who is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty!

Responsibilities:-

  • Create and preserve a solid rapport with your customers
  • Respond to consumer questions and issues as soon as possible
  • Deliver top-notch customer support and assistance.
  • Determine ways to improve client satisfaction

Candidate requirements:-

  •  2+ years of field sales and marketing experience in BFSI and insurance
  • Any postgraduate / graduate
  • Any candidate from the same area
  • Age range: 21–38 years
