Job Description

As a Customer Sales Service Manager in the insurance industry, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and sales support to clients. Your role will involve managing a team of customer service representatives and overseeing the customer sales service department’s operations to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage a team of customer service representatives and ensure excellent customer support.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide effective sales support and enhance the customer experience.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and improve service strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing needs are met and their feedback is
• incorporated into service improvements.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Min. 1 to 4 years exp. Of in sales & marketing and BFSI.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
